AllTap – Master Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AllTap platform, including:

  • AllTap (customer app & website)

  • AllTapBiz (merchant/vendor portal)

  • AllTapMate (rider & tasker app)

“AllTap”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to Info Tech Soft Limited.
“You” refers to customers, merchants/vendors, and riders/taskers, depending on context.

By creating an account or using AllTap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.


2. Our Role

  • AllTap is a technology platform only.

  • We connect customers, merchants, and riders/taskers.

  • We do not:

    • Own or sell goods/services offered by merchants.

    • Employ riders or taskers.

    • Guarantee delivery times, service outcomes, or product quality.

  • Contracts are formed directly between:

    • Customers ↔ Merchants (for goods/services).

    • Customers ↔ Riders/Taskers (for delivery/services).

  • AllTap facilitates payments, dispatch, and limited support, but assumes no liability for merchant or rider actions.


3. Eligibility

  • Customers: must be 13+ (18+ for alcohol/age-restricted items).

  • Merchants: must be legally registered in the UK with required licences (e.g., food hygiene, alcohol licence, GPhC for pharmacy).

  • Riders/Taskers: must be 18+, hold valid right-to-work, and maintain required insurance.


4. Accounts & Verification

  • You must provide accurate details when registering.

  • Merchants and riders/taskers may be subject to ID, right-to-work, KYC, or DBS checks.

  • AllTap may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, non-compliance, or reputational risk.


5. Orders, Services & Deliveries

Customers

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

  • You must be available at the delivery address.

  • Proof of age may be required for restricted items. Failure = cancellation with no refund.

Merchants

  • Responsible for:

    • Accuracy, legality, and safety of products.

    • Holding correct licences.

    • Keeping stock updated.

  • Repeated unjustified cancellations may lead to penalties or suspension.

Riders/Taskers

  • Independent contractors, not employees.

  • Must complete jobs promptly and safely.

  • Responsible for their own vehicle, equipment, and insurance.

  • Must not misuse customer data or behave unprofessionally.


6. Payments & Fees

  • Payments processed via Stripe Connect.

  • Customers authorise charges at checkout (service fee, delivery fee, tips).

  • Merchants receive payouts minus AllTap’s commission + VAT.

  • Riders/taskers receive payouts minus applicable service fees.

  • AllTap may adjust fees/commissions with notice.


7. Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 General

  • Refunds are not automatic and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • AllTap is not the seller and assumes no liability for merchant or rider performance.

  • Refunds are limited to the order value (or affected portion).

7.2 Customer Cancellations

  • Within 5 minutes: Free cancellation if merchant hasn’t accepted.

  • After acceptance/preparation: Cancellation not guaranteed; merchant may charge full order value.

  • After rider assigned: Delivery fees may still apply.

  • After collection: No cancellation possible.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in suspension.

7.3 Merchant Cancellations

  • Allowed only for genuine reasons (out of stock, safety, closure).

  • Customers receive a full refund.

  • Repeated unjustified cancellations may trigger penalties or suspension.

7.4 Rider Cancellations

  • Before collection: Riders may cancel without penalty.

  • After collection: Riders must not cancel unless for valid, provable reasons (e.g., breakdown).

  • Proof may be required; otherwise delivery fee forfeited and penalties applied.

7.5 AllTap Cancellations

We may cancel orders for:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse.

  • Technical/pricing errors.

  • Force majeure (weather, strikes, outages).

  • Breach of these Terms.

Refunds issued accordingly.

7.6 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:

  • Merchant cancels.

  • Rider fails to deliver.

  • Item is defective/incorrect (with proof).

  • Verified technical/payment error.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Customer unavailable at address.

  • Customer fails to show valid ID.

  • Change of mind after merchant acceptance.

  • Dissatisfaction with taste, portion size, or delays caused by external factors.

7.7 Refund Requests

  • Must be submitted via the AllTap app/website within 24 hours.

  • Proof may be required (photos, receipts).

  • Requests via phone/email/social media are not processed.

7.8 Refund Processing

  • Refunds only to the original payment method.

  • Timeline: 5–10 business days, depending on bank.

  • May be delayed if fraud is suspected.

  • No instant or cash refunds.

7.9 Abuse & Fraud

  • Abuse of cancellations or refund claims is prohibited.

  • Refunds may be refused or withheld during investigation.

  • Accounts engaging in abuse may be suspended or terminated.

7.10 Limitation of Liability

  • Refunds capped at order value (or affected portion).

  • AllTap’s liability is capped to the service fee retained by AllTap for the order.

  • No liability for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Nothing excludes liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by AllTap’s own negligence.

7.11 Final Authority

  • AllTap’s decisions on cancellations/refunds are final and binding.

  • This policy does not affect statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


8. Intellectual Property

  • AllTap owns platform IP.

  • Merchants retain rights to branding/menus but licence AllTap to use for promotion.

  • Riders/taskers grant AllTap licence to use user-generated content (UGC) for marketing.


9. Suspension & Termination

AllTap may suspend/terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, unsafe behaviour, poor performance, or reputational risk.


10. Force Majeure

AllTap is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform = acceptance of updates.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
